Purpose

Tucklist is a personal organization tool for creating and following a bedtime routine. It is not a medical device, sleep tracker, diagnostic service, or treatment.

Your responsibility

You choose every custom step and remain responsible for whether a routine is appropriate for you. Do not use Tucklist as a substitute for professional medical advice.

Availability

The app is provided as available. Local-device failures, operating-system changes, or device removal may affect stored data. Keep any information you cannot afford to lose somewhere else.

Subscriptions

Tucklist Premium is offered through auto-renewing subscriptions shown at the localized price in the app. Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account when you confirm a purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your store account settings before the end of the current period.

If a free trial is offered, its duration and eligibility are shown by the store before purchase. When the trial ends, the subscription renews at the displayed price unless canceled. You can restore an eligible purchase from the Tucklist Premium screen.

Acceptable use

Do not reverse engineer, disrupt, misuse, or redistribute the app or site except where applicable law expressly permits it.

Intellectual property

Tucklist branding, interface artwork, and site content belong to App Factory Labs or its licensors. Your routine text remains yours.

Changes

These terms may change as the product changes. Material updates will be reflected by the date above.
